Partnering for success

Working with TEDCO not only means getting the best advice and guidance from experienced business advisors; it means gaining access to a powerful support network.

TEDCO’s mission is simple: to help businesses start, grow and succeed. To achieve this we believe in working with the region’s business community to develop closer ties between enterprises and grow a robust network.

Through the Start & Grow initiative we aim to support both pre and post start businesses to increase turnover, profitability, job creation and business expansion. To do so, many new businesses need to draw on the expertise of other businesses – be it an accountant, solicitor, marketeer or print and design company. And at TEDCO, we know we can add value to start-ups by recommending those suppliers and contractors we trust and have worked with previously.

“It is those partner relationships that we are constantly looking to cultivate, so that we might refer our clients to suppliers or contractors we know represent quality, value for money and a safe pair of hands. Over time, start-ups may graduate into TEDCO Partners themselves and supply products or services to both the next generation of new enterprises, and also those businesses that supported them through the early stages of growth.

“In this way, we hope to develop TEDCO Partnerships that add value to both our clients and the local economy.”

Carole White, TEDCO CEO

“They are one of our leading partners and a real pleasure to work with”

Partnerships powered by TEDCO

Our pedigree for delivering exceptional business support has created a number of opportunities for collaboration with organisations in the region.

There are many established organisations in the region that offer pre and post-start businesses advice and guidance as part of their service offering. Accountants, solicitors and marketeers are often asked to deliver ad hoc or informal support services to help enterprises get off the ground. Our pedigree for delivering exceptional business support has created a number of opportunities for collaboration with such organisations in the region. If you would like to formalize or extend your start-up support offering and are looking for an experienced and respected delivery partner, why not get in touch with the team at TEDCO.

“As accountants we regularly come into contact with new business start-ups, looking for help with their finances. But of course an entrepreneur often needs advice that extends beyond book-keeping and tax matters and so we decided to look for a way to take a more holistic approach to our business advisory service. The obvious solution to this was bring in the experts in business support, and so since early 2015 we have been offering new enterprises business support powered by TEDCO.

‘The partnership helps us to add value to clients, whilst allowing us to focus on what we do best.”
