Margaret will talk around 4 key areas of a business which are:
- existing clients
- potential clients

- the product or service offering
By embedding a way to keep these connected, a business is on course for success. For new businesses, this is essential and it’s vital to get a solid plan in place early so that opportunities can be maximised, ideas can be actioned and challenges can be solved.
