Nicky Gray
Nicky Gray is the North East Young Entrepreneur of the year, setting up her business Kiki's Kabin at just age 20 she takes great pride in spotting the entrepreneurs of the future. Since opening her business in 2006 she has focused on growing the business and becoming a well known role model in the region. Nicky has spent the last few years supporting people into business through her role with TEDCO and as a volunteer and mentor for the Prince's Trust helping many young people realise enterprise is the way for them.
Emma Charters
After graduating from Northumbria University in 2003 Emma has worked with in a community setting since. First working for 3 years in employment development, developing peoples skills, confidence and qualifications, interview techniques and applications to help them secure their dream job. Since then Emma has worked as a community coach; spotting peoples entrepreneurial flare, helping them explore and find ideas, getting them on the road to starting their own business.
