TEDCO’s purpose-built office, light assembly and manufacturing units are available across three locations in South Tyneside, with easy-in, easy-out options and security as standard. All of our spaces are ideal for new and growing businesses.

Prices start from as little as £45 per week for an office unit and your licence fees are paid monthly, with only one month’s notice required if you need to move on. People often stay with TEDCO and move into bigger space as they grow. The choice is yours - our terms are flexible so that you can concentrate on your business, we’ll take care of the rest.

Each of our centres provides access to a wide range of Building up Business services, and meeting spaces with corporate hospitality. Our on-site maintenance team also look after public areas making sure that your place of business is always clean and tidy. Security comes as standard across all of our sites with CCTV and 24 hours staffing which will help to keep your insurance costs low.

All Centres offer broadband Internet connections.

Finally, our award-winning friendly customer service team will always go that extra mile to make sure that your business requirements are met from looking after parcels through to full secretarial support at very competitive rates.
