TEDCO put their Customers First

TEDCO was the first organisation in the North East to be awarded Customer First’ accreditation in 2005. They are now seen as a best practice case study for other organisations to aspire to, following their reaccreditation this year.
 
Customer First is recognised as the national, proven and sought after standard in all aspects of customer service, guaranteeing a minimum level of quality. The standard applies to TEDCO’s activities with pre-start, start-up and established businesses including their activities involving managed workspace.
 
Sue Lightburn, Customer First Assessor said: “TEDCO is an amazing organisation and it has been a pleasure to re-visit and see the development that has taken place since the previous Customer First assessment. The changes and growth of the organisation are very positive for the future and there will be many more new and exciting opportunities ahead.”
 
The vision of Customer First is to raise the quality of service delivery to customers by ensuring that organisations are assessed against, developed and supported to achieve the Customer First Standard.
