TEDCO Business Centre - Jarrow
Our first purpose designed business centre, opened in 1994, TEDCO Business Centre is close to the Tyne Tunnel with quick links to the A1 and A19. This Centre is a single story building, located on the banks of the Tyne close to public transport and local facilities. The building offers plenty of on-site parking and competitive rates mean that most of our tenants stay with us for a while.
Comfortable break-out areas are available throughout the Centre for you to meet and network and our friendly customer service staff will help you to settle in. They will also provide you with the support that you need on a day to day basis so that you can get on with running your business.
Work Space
This centre has 54 office units, and 54 light assembly/ manufacturing units.
Office units include rates and are carpeted throughout. Sizes range from 9.3m² to 37.2m² (100 sq ft - 400sq ft).
Light assembly and manufacturing units also include rates and range from 13.9 m² to 69.7 m² (150 sq ft to 750 sq ft). Water, 3 phase electricity and gas supply are also connected and kitchen facilities are available.
State-of-the-art telephone systems are included with access to your own private line which has a unique number and Voicemail service. Professional Reception facilities are also available.
Other shared facilities include 24 hour security, car parking, kitchen facilities, cleaning of shared areas, postal collection and delivery.
Meeting Space
The Training Suite is a flexible space suitable for meetings, presentations and seminars. The centre also accommodates the Viking Room, an interview room for smaller requirements.
On-site corporate hospitality and a full range of hi-tech AV equipment/ technology are also available to book at competitive rates.
TEDCO Business Centre is open from 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Meeting rooms are available out of hours and the centre is accessible 24/7 for all licensees, every day of the year, so that you can come and go as you please.
