Building up Business

Building up Business, a member of the TEDCO group, is based at North Tyneside Business Centre in North Shields and provides an innovative programme of support to pre-start and newly established businesses in North Tyneside.

As a member of the TEDCO group, Building up Business has been helping local people to get started in business for more than 21 years.

Advice is free and available to anybody who has a business idea or would like to know more about becoming self-employed.  We offer guidance, up-to-date information and will help you to write a business plan. We can also provide current information on grant funding and help you to plan your finances.

Flexible appointments are also available at no cost to new businesses needing assistance in areas such as marketing and finance. We offer advice in other areas too, and can provide you with more in depth support where appropriate.
