The Quadrus Centre - Boldon
The Quadrus Centre is a stylish 5-storey business centre equipped to meet the highest standards of comfort and it occupies a beautiful lakeside site with easy access to the A19 and A1. Cafe Zest
This vibrant café and terrace, with stunning lakeside views can be hired as an evening event location. Utilising state of the art facilities, Café Zest provides the perfect venue for business occasions, presentations or social events e.g. art launches.
The Heron Room
The largest of the meeting rooms, the air conditioned Heron Room is the perfect location for seminars or larger meetings, which is fully equipped and can be arranged in a number of styles to suit your event.
The Lapwing Room
This light and spacious room provides the perfect environment for small meetings, interviews, presentations or workshops with a central table and easy access to AV equipment.
The Teal Room
A more intimate room set up in ‘boardroom’ style, the Teal room provides the perfect venue for private board meetings, interviews or presentations.
All meeting rooms come with Plasma screens as standard.

The Quadrus Centre has been designed to provide easy access for everyone. Facilities include:
- Easy access via the main front door
- Dedicated disabled parking spaces at the main entrance
- Intercom system at the car park entrance to request assistance if required
- Lifts to all floors
- Disabled toilets on each floor
- Special ‘refuges’ on each floor which are linked by intercom to Reception
- Hearing induction loops at Reception, in all meeting rooms and in the café area (the café loop is switched on during evening events or during presentations when requested)
- Clear signage around the building providing easy navigation (including Braille on each sign)
