The Quadrus Centre is a stylish 5-storey Business Incubator in West Boldon, providing easy access to the A19 and A1 and is therefore within close reach of Newcastle, Wearside and Northumberland.
The Quadrus Centre has been specifically designed to provide an environment to support service sector businesses with aspirations to grow. The centre has 44 offices with sizes starting at 13 sq m up to 67 sq m. We also offer modern, well equipped meeting space and conference facilities, including a full catering service via our on site caterer at Café Zest.
Café Zest during the day provides the perfect location for meetings, lunch or a coffee and is open to any business user from 8am until 4pm. In the evening, the café transfers to the ideal venue for business presentation and events.
The Quadrus Centre allows access 24/7, 365 days per year with a fully managed security service. You benefit from a full meet and greet reception service, which also includes mail, post and fax handling. We also provide a photocopier, a fax machine and our team can support you with clerical work.
All offices in the centre are available on flexible rental terms with no long term contracts and only one full month's written notice to move on.
