TEDCO Business Works is located in South Shields with the town centre only a 5 minute walk away, making it easy for you to access all local facilities. Opened in 2000, the centre is a purpose-built and offers excellent business accommodation with onsite parking.
TEDCO Business Works has 26 office units, 20 light assembly and 34 manufacturing units. Our office unit sizes range from 10 m2 to 106 m2. Our light assembly and manufacturing space units range from 14 m2 to 101 m2. The centre also offers a range of meeting and training rooms, which are available for external hire.
