TEDCO Business Centre: Jarrow
Our first purpose designed business centre, opened in 1994, TEDCO Business Centre in Jarrow is close to the Tyne Tunnel with quick links to the A1 and A19. This Centre is a single story building, located on the banks of the Tyne close to public transport and local facilities.
TEDCO Business Centre has 54 office units, with sizes ranging from 14 m2 to 69 m2. We also have 54 light assembly and manufacturing units, with sizes ranging from 9m2 to 37m2. The centre also offers a range of meeting and training rooms, which are available for external hire.
The centre services include 24 hour access with a fully managed security system, free car parking, kitchen facilities and a managed reception service, including mail and parcel handling. We also provide a photocopier, a fax machine and our team can support you with clerical work. We can also support your business with telephony and broadband services on request.
TEDCO Business Centre provides secure, good value business space and all of our units are available on flexible rental terms with no long term contracts and only one full month's written notice to move on.
