TEDCO's manages two business centres in South Tyneside offering a range of workshop, manufacturing and office space and a business incubator in South Tyneside providing office space with flexible terms and business support. All of our spaces are ideal for new and growing businesses.
Prices start from as little as £45 per week for an office unit and your licence fees are paid monthly, with only one month's notice required if you need to move on. People often stay with TEDCO and move into bigger space as they grow. The choice is yours - our terms are flexible so that you can concentrate on your business, we'll take care of the rest.
